Endeavor Expands Support for Growth-Stage Entrepreneurs in Indonesia Through Scaleup Growth Program
[Jakarta, 13 April 2021] Endeavor Indonesia, a part of Endeavor Global, the world’s leading community of high-impact entrepreneurs with over 40 markets around the world, announcing the launch of ‘Endeavor Indonesia ScaleUp Growth Program’ – a made-to-measure growth program for the most promising high-impact entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The program is an addition to Endeavor’s current track of helping larger high growth companies.
The Endeavor Indonesia ScaleUp Growth Program will select 10 companies for a 3-month program that will provide them with access to Endeavor network and business leaders in their respective fields and a growth platform to help guide founders’ personal and professional growth as leader and entrepreneur.
Multiple tailored 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with Endeavor local/global network, in-depth high-impact panel discussions for fresh feedback & insights, access to Endeavor investor network are among a few valuable activities offered by ScaleUp Growth Program. Founders will have a dedicated account manager from Endeavor Indonesia team and paired with Endeavor Buddy who is Endeavor’s high-impact entrepreneur as peer-to-peer support throughout the whole program.

Currently, there is a gap in the ecosystem as little support is provided to growing companies between the accelerator/seed stage and the scale-up stage, thus this ScaleUp Growth Program is created. We hope that successful ScaleUp Growth Program graduates will subsequently be further supported with our existing Endeavor Entrepreneur track,” said Wayah Wiroto, the managing director of Endeavor Indonesia.
Endeavor Indonesia ScaleUp Growth Program is looking for committed entrepreneurs with leadership potential who think big, open to feedback and willing to give back to the ecosystem. These entrepreneurs should be leading scalable and innovative Indonesian-based businesses with $2M+ in funding OR annual revenue and have been in operation for more than 2 years.
