The Berkeley Changemaker Program Organized by Endeavor Indonesia

The UC Berkeley Changemaker Program is a three-day executive education program launching for the first time in Asia in January 2026, hosted in Jakarta in collaboration with UC Berkeley Executive Education, Endeavor Indonesia, and local ecosystem leaders.

Curriculum Overview

The Berkeley Changemaker Program is taught by the same renowned faculty who lead groundbreaking research and innovation across UC Berkeley, empowering students to think critically, lead confidently, and drive meaningful change in the world. The curriculum for this program has included sessions on the following subject areas:

• Leading from any level with a changemaker mindset
• Cultivating resilience and purpose
• Redefining leadership through collaboration and empathy
• Mastering storytelling to drive change
• Harnessing AI to amplify strategies and innovation ecosystem

Participants in this program can expect to: 

• Master the 3 C’s of a Changemaker: Grasp the essential concepts that a Changemaker must embrace and exemplify: critical thinking, collaboration, and communication. Learn the importance of each and how to properly employ them in your change-making efforts
• Harness Your Vision for Bigger Impact: Learn to use the power of your vision to craft a great story, be a better communicator, and employ an inclusive leadership approach to engage and inspire others to be part of your change efforts
• Navigate, Shape, and Lead Change Effectively: Learn real-world, time-tested strategies for galvanizing change efforts of all types, resolving conflicts, and overcoming other common obstacles so you can work smarter, not harder.
